The curriculum is designed to build upon the skills learned in Effective Clinical Supervision Part I, and provides added tools to clinical supervisors in the areas of evaluation, feedback, identifying burnout/compassion fatigue and vicarious trauma. Additionally, the curriculum provides clinical supervisors with tools in managing the aforementioned challenges within the supervisory relationship.

Those who have attended Effective Clinical Supervision Part 1 and who works in a supervisory role at a provider agency within the CBH network. The curriculum provides clinical supervisors with tools in managing the aforementioned challenges within the supervisory relationship.

Participants must attend entire presentation and complete a course evaluation in order to receive credits.
