As COVID-19 has affected most of our working situations. Some of us are finding ourselves working from home for the first time. We will discuss best practices on telecommuting including boundaries and time management. Additionally, we will talk about organizational productivity strategies to help adjust to telecommuting and ultimately help increase employee wellness.
