This training is designed for staff who have received the full 2-day W-TREM training or who are assisting trained TREM team members in running W-TREM groups in their programs. It will present information on engaging group members and maintaining the groups and provide further practice in additional group leadership skills

Learning Objectives:

By the end of this course participants will be able to:

• Discuss TREM implementation and engagement of group members
• Identify strategies uniquely needed for each TREM version to sustain group membership
• Review & practice leader techniques in a “mock group” with feedback and coaching from workshop leader and participants

Intended Audience:

Practitioner and Direct Service staff from behavioral health programs/agencies currently running or planning to provide the TREM Group Intervention
