This workshop consists of a comprehensive review of the tools for coordinating care. The training will cover tools for coordinating care among team members to ensure continuity across a student’s academic, mental health, and family contexts. This foundational workshop is intended to be brief, provide an overview of basic principles and 1-2 strategies that can be implemented immediately.

• Describe best practices in coordinating care across many contexts.
• Identify effective CBT tools to coordinate care.

Intended Audience:

This training program has been designed for IBHS staff, specifically clinical supervisors, mobile therapists and behavioral consultants.
