This workshop consists of a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy overview, which will provide a comprehensive review of the cognitive model and behavioral principles. This foundational skill-training workshop is intended to be brief, provide an overview of basic principles and 1-2 strategies that can be implemented immediately.
