This workshop consists of a comprehensive review of session structure for individual and group therapy sessions.  The training will cover why session structure is so important; discuss CBT specific skills when structuring a session and how to utilize these skills when working in a group setting.

Learning Objectives: 

1. Identify the rationale for implementing the CBT session structure.
2. Understand and practice how to set a CBT agenda, assign homework, and ask clients for feedback.
3. Learn ways the CBT session structure can be utilized within the group setting.

Intended Audience: 

This training program has been designed for IBHS staff specifically clinical supervisors, mobile therapists and behavioral consultants.

Completion Requirements: 

Participants must attend entire session, participate in all activities, and submit an evaluation within 7 days of training to receive credits and a certificate. All CEU certificates will be emailed to participants within 30 business days of training. Certificates of Attendance will be available to download from the Learning Hub once the evaluation is successfully submitted.
