Recently published research found that a significant predictor of satisfying romantic relationships, adult work competence and quality of life in adulthood was positive peer relationships in middle and high school. This workshop will examine research addressing youth and loneliness, and look at the importance of developing and creating healthy peer relationships.

Learning Objectives: 

1) Examine research addressing youth and loneliness, peer relationships and mental health.
2) Look at the importance of developing and maintaining peer relationships.
3) Review strategies and resources for supporting peer relationships.

Participants must attend entire session, participate in all activities, and submit an evaluation within 7 days of training to receive credits and a certificate. All certificates will be emailed to participants within 30 business days of training.
