Cultivating Organizations to Thrive: Intro to Organizational Development (OD) Part 2 will dive deeper into OD and cover the brain’s interplay with the other dimensions of OD such as climate, employees and leadership. Participants will learn how to redistribute which parts of the brain are dealing with certain tasks to allow for energy conservation to prevent burnout. This webinar will delve into employee engagement and empowerment; exploring how to transition into change efficiently through understanding of the brain’s threat response. Tangible leadership techniques will be discussed, as leadership impacts organizational development, which can make or break an organization.
