This workshop introduces Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction tools and outlines how regular and consistent practice of these skills can support well-being and expand our resilience as providers in the helping profession. In this session we will explore simple techniques to center our awareness in the present moment using breathing practices and simple movements.

2. Use mindfulness practices focused on building breath and body awareness.
