This workshop introduces Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction tools and outlines how regular and consistent practice of these skills can support well-being and expand our resilience as providers in the helping profession. In this session we will explore mindfulness practices, like cultivating loving-kindness, that build positive states of mind by planting seeds for appreciation, forgiveness, and acceptance.
