Aneesha Reeder, M.S., Provider Training and Development Specialist, as a consultant and facilitator Aneesha has engaged with clients in the government, non-profit, and educational sectors. Aneesha is proficient in consulting with key decision makers, designing and implementing organizational improvements, producing deliverables and providing technical assistance. Throughout her career Aneesha has been a trusted advisor, facilitator, and team member. Aneesha holds a Master of Science degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in School Psychology where her coursework included curriculum development. Aneesha is currently a Ph.D. Candidate at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology-DC Campus in the Organizational Leadership program. Aneesha has over 12 years’ experience working in the publicly funded mental health industry. Over the years she has developed a specialized niche in helping women and adolescents who have experienced trauma. Aneesha has obtained professional certifications in evidenced based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Women’s Trauma and Recovery Model(W-TREM), and Trauma Art Narrative Therapy (TANT). Aneesha’s mental health administration experience includes providing technical assistance, leading organizational change teams, conducting process improvement activities, and facilitating training and professional development programs.
