Kristen Stenson

Organizational Development Training Specialist

Kristen (she/her) is BHTEN’s first Organizational Development Training Specialist. She has received her Bachelor’s in Cognitive Behavior Psychology from West Chester University and a Dual Master’s degree in Master of Social Work and Master of Science Non-Profit Leadership & Management from the University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, Kristen has also completed a certification in Organizational Leadership in Social Work from The Wharton School and training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Kristen’s experience is in start-ups and nonprofits specializing in strategy, social impact, organizational effectiveness and development, and human capital development. She believes in holistic perspective thinking and creating tailored solutions that catapult organizations in positive social impact impact by cultivating growth while surfacing organization’s strengths and fostering employees’ well-being.

As an Organizational Development Training Specialist, Kristen will be developing, facilitating, and implementing educational content around organizational development, behavioral health business practices, change management, and leadership.
