(4 Week Virtual Learning Series) Forensic Training Series

About This Course

This first-ever interactive training series is targeted at behavioral health providers who work with individuals with justice-involvement.  Participants will engage in a 4 week blended learning course consisting of live webinars and self-guided e-learning modules.  These courses, many of which have been developed by members of the Drexel psychology department, will help providers to better understand and serve the special forensic considerations for their individuals.

Learning Objectives: 

• Recognize the levels of the Sequential Intercept Model and identify resources available at each intercept.
• Understand how criminogenic thinking impacts individuals with justice-involvement.
• Identify risk factors and protective factors for recidivism
• Recognize considerations for individuals falling within a special forensic population
