About This Course

This webinar presents an introduction to addressing Co-occurring Disorders (Mental Illness and Substance Abuse – MISA). Focus will be on how these co-occurring disorders can present, and how individuals can experience them, including factors such as trauma histories and developmental issues. Assessment and engagement will be discussed as well as tools/approaches to support recovery.
