About This Course

Learning CBT has the potential to improve clinical documentation.  The key elements of CBT session structure (e.g., agenda, feedback, strategy, homework) fit nicely into existing formats for documenting biopsychosocial evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.  This workshop will inform how therapists document CBT and how supervisors can recognize CBT in the clinical documentation of those they supervise.

Learning Objectives:

1) Learn how to document CBT in treatment plans and progress notes
2) Understand cognitive case conceptualizations and how it can be documented in biopsychosocial evaluations

Intended Audience:

This workshop targets clinicians at CBH provider agencies who are implementing EBPs, including CBT.
