Contract Manager and Organizational Development Training Specialist

Kristen (she/her) is BHTEN's first Organizational Development Training Specialist. She received her Bachelor's in Cognitive Behavior Psychology from West Chester University and a Dual Master's degree in Master of Social Work and Master of Science Non-Profit Leadership & Management from the University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, Kristen completed a certification in Organizational Leadership from The Wharton School and training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). From the Association for Talent Development (ATD), she received a Consulting Skills Certificate.

 

Kristen's experience is in start-ups and nonprofits specializing in strategy, social impact, organizational effectiveness and development, and human capital development. She believes in holistic perspective thinking and creating tailored solutions that catapult organizations in positive social impact impact by cultivating growth while surfacing organization's strengths and fostering employees’ well-being.

 

As an Organizational Development Training Specialist, Kristen develops, facilitates, and implements educational content around organizational development, behavioral health business practices, change management, and leadership.

 

As a Contract Manager, Kristen manages all contracts between BHTEN and all companies, departments and employees. She creates and maintains relationships with clients, negotiates the pricing, and oversees the creation, preparation and execution of all contracts. She identifies opportunities to improve business processes and seeks to generate new contracting partnerships. Trainings that she has developed and currently teaches are: Cultivating Organizations to Thrive: Introduction to Organizational Development, Change Management, Strategic Planning, and Administrative Supervision: An Organizational Process View.
