As the Data Operations Assistant; Ivy assists the Data Operations Manager, Data Operations Specialist, and the Learning Management System Administrator with various operations. They also field support questions from registrants, offer intra-team support to BHTEN staff, and aid registration for in-person trainings. Ivy holds an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts from Montgomery County Community College and a Bachelor's Degree in Film and Media Studies from Temple University.
