Behavioral Health Training Specialist

Abigail Gulbronson is a Learning and Development professional with over seven years of experience designing and facilitating engaging training programs in both behavioral health and professional development settings.   Abigail partners with leadership, providers, and community groups to identify training needs, develop curricula, and deliver interactive workshops across in-person and virtual platforms. Her work emphasizes inclusivity, collaboration, and measurable outcomes, helping to strengthen systems and elevate workforce capacity.

Previously, Abigail held roles as a Behavior Specialist, Resource Teacher, and Developmental Disability Specialist, where she led staff development initiatives, facilitated cross-functional trainings, and designed programs that improved both organizational practices and client outcomes. With a strong background in behavioral health and education, she brings a unique perspective that bridges clinical expertise with workforce development.

 

Abigail holds a Master of Education from George Mason University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the College of Mount Saint Vincent.
