Michelle Drapkin
Michelle Drapkin, PhD, ABPP is a board-certified clinical psychologist, behavior change expert, and professional speaker who has spent over 20 years helping people make real, lasting change – even when motivation is hard to find and old habits are harder to break.
She is the Founder and Director of the CBT Center and has trained and consulted with healthcare organizations, corporations, and federal agencies including Johnson & Johnson and the Department of Veterans Affairs. Her work translates cutting-edge psychological science into practical tools people can actually use – at work, at home, and everywhere in between.
Dr. Drapkin is a long-time member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT) and a Diplomate of the Academy of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies. She has held faculty and training roles at the University of Pennsylvania and Rutgers University and is a sought-after speaker and workshop facilitator for organization.
