Dear Partners and Stakeholders,
On behalf of the Behavioral Health Training and Education Network (BHTEN), I would like to share the 2025 CST/BHTEN Annual Report with you. As many of you know, the Consumer Satisfaction Team, Inc. (CST) serves as BHTEN’s fiduciary organization; therefore, our reports are combined to highlight the important work being done across both programs.
The CST 2025 Annual Report
We invite you to take a few moments to review the report and see the many trainings, events, and initiatives that BHTEN delivered throughout the past year in service to the behavioral health workforce and the broader Philadelphia community. In 2025, BHTEN provided over 280 trainings across in-person, hybrid, webinar, and e-learning formats, reaching thousands of behavioral health professionals and community partners.
The CST 2025 Annual Report
This year also marked exciting growth for BHTEN, including:
- The addition of a new Behavioral Health Training Specialist, strengthening our capacity to provide training and technical support. The CST 2025 Annual Report
- The development of new training offerings, including ethics, de-escalation, and trauma-focused learning opportunities. The CST 2025 Annual Report
- The expansion of our e-learning catalog, with new courses added to increase accessibility for providers and community partners. The CST 2025 Annual Report
- Increased SMS outreach and marketing efforts, helping us better communicate with participants and expand engagement across the behavioral health system. The CST 2025 Annual Report
These efforts reflect BHTEN’s continued commitment to connecting with providers, strengthening workforce development, and delivering high-quality behavioral health education throughout Philadelphia.
