Charles Chappell, M.Ed, CAADC – Charles is a mental health professional out of Westmoreland County. He is an advocate with experience in areas from Alternative/Holistic Treatment to Forensic Issues.  Charles believes that equality of services, stigma, and the health care system itself are just some of the most important issues in the consumer/survivor movement. His array of networks and expertise allows him to approach issues from a diverse perspective
