Charles McCrea

Criminal Justice Specialist

Mr. McCrea has worked as a Case Manager beginning in 2005 until moving to his current position. Since 2009, Mr. McCrea has acted as the liaison between the Department of Behavioral Health and the Philadelphia Prison System, supporting the continuity of care between the community and the prison for people with mental health conditions.
