Kate Connolly


Dr. Connolly is a licensed psychologist and has been providing mental health services in the Philadelphia region for over 25 years. She holds a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from LaSalle University. She has experience working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma history, life transitions and relational difficulties. Her work is informed by mindfulness, cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, and family systems theories as well as the Trauma Resiliency Model. Clinical areas of interest include assisting individuals in developing stress reduction and wellness skills to deal with everyday stress and traumatic reactions. Additionally, Dr. Connolly has training in teaching Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and is a certified trainer of the Community Resilience Model (CRM). Dr. Connolly strives to develop a collaborative relationship with the people she works with, empowering them to shape their treatment to meet their needs.
