Katrina Stopfer
Katrina Stopfer, LCSW, completed her Bachelor of Social Work at Eastern University, during which time she completed an internship at New Day to Stop Trafficking when it was a small, grassroots movement to support women in the commercial sex industry on Kensington Ave who were experiencing violence. During her career, she has been a case management supervisor and program director at New Day. She completed her Master of Social Services at Bryn Mawr College’s School of Social Work. In her current role at New Day, she supervises the program manager of New Day’s Drop-In Center and Police-Assisted Diversion Program. She liaisons with CBH, the City of Philadelphia, and other funders. She supervises all clinical interns and staff accruing licensure hours and provides professional development for clinical staff.
