Ryan Coffman, Tobacco Policy and Control Manager, Philadelphia Department of Public Health is committed to serving vulnerable populations disproportionately impacted by the effects of tobacco products including vaping devices. He oversees several programs including the Pennsylvania Statewide Tobacco-Free Recovery Initiative, a PA DOH supported program to advance recovery-oriented evidence-based tobacco use disorder interventions in behavioral health services.
