Kyle Dempsey

Learning Management System Administrator

Kyle Dempsey serves as the Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator at the Behavioral Health Training & Education Network (BHTEN). With over 20 years of experience in the behavioral health field, Kyle has held a variety of roles across Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania, including Direct Support Professional, Behavior Specialist, and Program Director.

Throughout his career, Kyle has worked in residential treatment facilities, community-based programs, and outpatient mental health settings. Over the past decade, he has focused on integrating behavioral health services with technology, specializing in the implementation and management of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Electronic Health Records (EHR).

As an LMS Administrator for the past seven years, Kyle has developed a strong expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining systems that enhance workforce development, training efficiency, and data-driven learning outcomes. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rhode Island College, with coursework and field experience in Education.

Outside of work, Kyle is passionate about sports—both playing and coaching—and is an enthusiastic Penn State supporter. We Are!
