About This Course

Join us for an afternoon that celebrates the empowerment initiatives brought forward by the many community organizations in the Philadelphia Behavioral Health field. This event will include a Keynote address highlighting the value of continuing our unified efforts to increase equity and inclusion practices in behavioral health, as well as an expert panel discussion, offering audience engagement and an opportunity to address concerns that may impede equitable access to healthcare in our communities. This event will also include personal stories of success, and a professional social hour that offers an opportunity to collaborate with local community organizations that have spearheaded female empowerment initiatives.

  1. To assist women to be in a position of power to make informed decisions about their health
  2. To shine a spotlight on activity uplifting and inspiring women to pursue goals without bias or barrier
  3. To forge inclusive work cultures where women's careers thrive and their achievements are celebrated
