About This Course
It is usually easier to offer compassion to our clients, friends, or colleagues. When it comes to providing that same type of compassion to ourselves, we often find self-judgment and self-recrimination instead. Exploring the work of Dr. Kristin Neff, we will learn and practice several self-compassion exercise and techniques for us in our daily lives.
Learning Objectives:
- Describe self-compassion and how it supports greater well-being
- Use several self-compassion practices to expand our capacity for self-acceptance, forgiveness, and compassion
