Ollie Jayakar

Ollie Jayakar (they/them) is an Education Specialist at the Mazzoni Center. They are an experienced diversity, equity, and inclusion dialogue facilitator. In their previous experience, Ollie has created workshops, designed curricula, taught high school and college level courses, and facilitated workshops for organizations on the topics of race, gender, socio-economic status, healthy relationships, and gender-based violence. Ollie holds an M.A. in Higher Education with a focus on Diversity and Social Justice from the University of Michigan (UM). Additionally, they received their B.A. in Women and Gender Studies, with minors in Intergroup Relations Education (IGR) and Community Action and Social Change from UM as well. In their free time, Ollie enjoys crocheting, paddle boarding, and puzzling.
