Walter Roderico Saravia

Walter R. Saravia is a first generation college graduate, former undocumented immigrant and a Latino gay man born in Guatemala. He attended Rider University where he received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. He has worked in various non-profit agencies working with individuals who are homeless, living with HIV, part of the LGBTQI+ community, low-income neighborhoods, and is a former New Jersey Child Protection social worker. His passion is assisting individuals become their best authentic selves, while helping the community become more inclusive.
